Nova modalidade do programa permite financiamento de imóveis de até R$ 500 mil para quem ganha até R$ 12 mil por mês.

Famílias com renda bruta mensal de até R$ 12 mil já podem acessar o crédito habitacional pelo programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida – Classe Média. Lançada nesta semana, a modalidade permite financiar imóveis novos ou usados de até R$ 500 mil, com taxas de juros nominais de 10% ao ano e prazo de até 35 anos para pagamento.
Nos imóveis novos, é possível financiar até 80% do valor total em qualquer região do país. Para imóveis usados, esse percentual é de 60% nas regiões Sul e Sudeste e 80% no restante do Brasil. A expectativa do governo é que a medida possa beneficiar cerca de 120 mil famílias em 2025.
A iniciativa amplia o alcance do programa habitacional e oferece condições mais favoráveis para a classe média, que antes não se enquadrava nas faixas tradicionais do Minha Casa. Além disso, os limites de renda das faixas 1, 2 e 3 também foram atualizados, permitindo que mais famílias se tornem elegíveis.
